Residents and Businesses of the Village of Poynette
can request the speed trailer/monitoring board be
placed on a street in your neighborhood. The speed
trailer/monitoring board was purchased in part with a
grant from the Bureau of Transportation Safety.
It is an educational tool that informs drivers of their
current speed and may assist with the safety of our
citizens.  If you would like the speed board placed in
your neighborhood you can contact Chief Eric Fisher
by emailing
